The ARM Harith Successor Infrastructure Equity Fund (“ARM-Harith”, "the Fund" or “the Successor Fund”) is a twelve-year closed-ended fund sponsored and managed by ARM-Harith Infrastructure Investments Limited (ARMHIIL) with a target capitalization of USD 200 million. The Fund will target selective investments in sustainable infrastructure and energy transition projects in Nigeria, Ghana and across West Africa, while integrating Pan-African exposure via asset holding companies with assets in multiple countries.
