Nigeria - Country Strategy Paper 2020-2024 Mid-Term Review (MTR) And 2022 Country Portfolio Performance Review (CPPR) Report

This report presents the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the African Development Bank’s Country Strategy Paper (CSP) 2020-2024 for Nigeria and the 2022 Country Portfolio Performance Review (CPPR). It takes stock of implementation at mid-term (as of October 2022) and relevance of the areas of priority in the context of key development challenges, and against the backdrop of major headwinds such as COVID-19, impacts of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine1, and insecurity.
