Nigeria - Country Portfolio Performance Review (CPPR) 2025

This report presents the African Development Bank Group’s 2025 Country Portfolio Performance Review (CPPR) for Nigeria. The main objective of the CPPR exercise was to assess the performance of the Bank’s portfolio in Nigeria and inform the Bank’s Board of Directors on the implementation progress of Bank-financed operations in Nigeria since the December 2024 CPPR Updated, which was combined with the Country Strategy Paper (CSP) 2025-2030. It also provides a forward-looking view to strengthen portfolio quality and delivery.
