Multinational - Leveraging investments to increase Access to fertilizer Utilization by Smallholder Farmers – Project Completion Report

Investments in the fertilizer value chain projects (greenfield and brownfield) have been ineffective and inefficient, whilst investments in business development, by existing supply chain participants (SCP), have been timid and bearish. The result is a pedestrian growth in fertilizer consumption in the Sub-Continent despite the 2006 Abuja Fertilizer declaration.
