On 25th November 20081, the ADF Board of Directors approved a loan of not more than ninety million three hundred and ninety thousand units of account (UA 90,390,000) (hereinafter referred to as designated the "ADF Loan") to the Republic of Cameroon (hereinafter referred to as "the Recipient" or "Cameroon") to finance part of the costs of the Bamenda-Mamfe-Ekok/MfumAbakaliki-Enugu Corridor Transport Facilitation Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Project")
