Multinational - Lagos Corridor Highway Development Project - Memorandum

The Abidjan - Lagos Corridor is a flagship project of the Programme for Infrastructure Development in Africa (PIDA). The transport corridor forms part of the wider Dakar-Lagos Corridor, and is a major part of the Trans African Highway Network within the ECOWAS region. The Abidjan – Lagos Corridor interconnects the capital cities of five western African states, (Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Togo, Benin and Nigeria), covering approximately 1,028km and eight (8) border crossings.
