This Invitation for Bids (IFB) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in Fraternité Matin N° 15402 of April 11, 2016 and on the African Development Bank’s Internet Website ( www.afdb.org ). The Association of Power Utilities of Africa (APUA) has received a financing from the African Development Bank (ADB) in various currencies towards the cost of the African Network of Center of Excellence in Electricity (ANCEE).
