Nigeria - Study for Cross River State Rural Access and Mobility Project Phase 2 (CR – RAMP 2) - Project Appraisal Report

In 2008, the Cross River State (CRS) Government, through the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN), received a loan from the Africa Development Bank (ADB) to construct and/or rehabilitate a total of 477km of rural roads under the Rural Access and Mobility Project (RAMP) scheme. Owing to the huge success of this project, which was completed in 2016, a second phase of RAMP has been proposed.
