West and Central Africa - Surface Water Area Tables

Monthly surface water presence statistics (in sqkm) are calculated from November 2020 onwards at Admin 0, 1, 2 and 3 levels. The source dataset is the Water Bodies (WB) product from COPERNICUS Land Monitoring Service v1 (100m resolution), reprocessed to extract surface water presence statistics. https://land.copernicus.eu/en/products/water-bodies/water-bodies-global-v1-0-100m The data used comes from the data generated by the COPERNICUS terrestrial service, the European Commission's Earth observation programme.
