The Third Prosecution Witness, PW3, Umar Hussein Babangida in the ongoing trial of former Minister of Power and Steel, Olu Agunloye on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 told the Federal High Court, Apo, Abuja, presided over by Justice Jude Onwuegbuzie that the extracts from the Federal Executive Council, FEC meeting of May 21, 2003, tendered against the Agunloye were genuine, contrary to defendant’s claim that they were altered.
