Alleged 33.8bn Fraud: Court Stops Mamman`s Counsel from an Unauthorized Witness

Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court sitting in Maitama, Abuja on Thursday, February 26, 2026, in the trial of former Minister of Power, Saleh Mamman, stopped a defence counsel , Femi Atteh, SAN from using an unauthorized witness.
