Lagos Court Convicts Firm for ₦21m Theft

Justice Ismail Ijelu of the Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja, on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, convicted a company, Rahvet International Limited, for N21m fraud. The Lagos Zonal Directorate 1 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, arraigned Rahvet International Limited, on January 28, 2026, on an amended one-count charge bordering on stealing, contrary to Section 285(1) of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
