This request is for expression of interest following the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for the above mentioned project that appeared in Development Business No. 733 of August 31, 2008. The Economic Community Of West African States (ECOWAS) Commission has received a Grant from the African Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of financing the Nigeria-Cameroon Multinational Highway and Transport Facilitation Programme for the Bamenda-Enugu Corridor, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant for payments under the contract for Consultancy services to support the implementation …
