Appeal Court Sets Aside Acquittal of Land Fraudster, Jails Man 7 Years in Enugu

The Enugu State Division of Court of Appeal has set aside judgment of the Federal High Court sitting in Independence Layout, Enugu which discharged and acquitted one Henry Ugwuede for offences bordering on land scam. Ugwuede was prosecuted by the Enugu Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC before Justice R. O.
