Court Orders Final Forfeiture of Truck, Consignment of Solid Minerals in Kwara

Justice Olukayode Ariwoola Junior of the Federal High Court, sitting in Ilorin, on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 ordered the final forfeiture of a truck and its consignment of assorted solid minerals, arrested in Kwara to the federal government. Justice Ariwoola while delivering ruling on the application filed by the Ilorin Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, said the applicant convinced the court as to why the consignment in truck should be forfeited to the federal government.
