Bridging the gap: simulation-based training in Nigeria (2015–2025)
Medical education in Nigeria is shifting from traditional apprenticeship models toward competency-based approaches, with simulation-based training (SBT) increasingly recognized as vital for improving clinical competence and patient safety.
