235. INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPALS’ COMMUNICATION BEHAVIOUR ON TEACHERS’ ATTITUDE TO WORK IN SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL IN FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY ABUJA, NIGERIA

Abstract This study was carried out to determine the influence of Principals’ Communication Behavior on Teachers’ Attitude to Work in Senior Secondary Schools in Gwagwalada Area Council FCT Abuja. Stratified Random Technique was used in selecting 300 Teachers and 12 Principals from 12 Senior Secondary School (8 publics and 4 private schools) in Gwagwalada Area Council of the FCT which form 50% of the entire populations.
