430. SYNERGY OF CONTEMPORARY AND TRADITIONAL APPRENTICESHIP LEARNING SYSTEMS IN AUTOMOBILE MECHANIC WORKS IN SOUTHWEST, NIGERIA
This study investigated the benefits of the synergy of contemporary and traditional apprenticeship learning methods in automobile mechanic works in southwest, Nigeria. Survey research was used with self-developed instruments by the researchers; it had 75 respondents with master craftsmen and learners from both formal and informal sectors.
