Reply to Preliminary Objection at Petition Tribunal By Nigeria Main Opposition Candidate Atiku Abubakar

Atiku Abubakar was the main opposition candidate in Nigeria 2019 presidential election. According to him, he defeated President Muhammadu Buhari at the polls but the election was massively rigged by President Buhari of the All Progressives Congress. Mr Abubakar contested under the People Democratic Party. Having taken his case to court to reclaim what he describes as his stolen mandate, President Buhari and his party raised preliminary objections. This is Atiku's reply to those preliminary objections as sent to us by Atiku.
