ERIC ED042143: Analysis of Human Resource Development and Utilization in Nigeria, Summary and Conclusions.

This report is a second synthesis of the observations and recommendations of the Education and Human Resource Development Committee's Nigerian Project Task Force, which have been in the process of formulation since early 1965.
