ERIC ED503654: Dimensions of Job Stress among Public Secondary School Principals in Oyo State, Nigeria

The study examined the dimensions of job stress among public secondary school principals in Oyo State, Nigeria. It also determined difference in job stress between demographic characteristics of principals (gender and years of experience) and school variables (type of school and location of the school). Descriptive survey design was adopted.
