Bioactive, antioxidant, and inhibitory potential against amylase and glucosidase of four Talinum species (Talinaceae) from Southwestern Nigeria

Micronutrient deficiencies and oxidative stress-related diseases remain major public health challenges in sub-Saharan Africa. This study evaluated the mineral composition and antioxidant properties of four Talinum species ( Talinum triangulare , Talinum paniculatum , Talinum portulacifolium , and Talinum fruticosum ) collected from Southwestern Nigeria.
