Clinical Profile, Trends, and In-Hospital Outcomes of Heart Failure in Northeastern Nigeria: A Multi-Center Study

This is a retrospective study conducted in tow tertiary hospitals in Northeastern Nigeria. It analyzed data from adult patients admitted with heart failure between 2018 and 2022 the two hospitals in. Data collected included demographic characteristics, clinical presentation, heart failure etiology, echocardiographic findings, laboratory parameters, complications, and hospitalization outcomes. Temporal and seasonal patterns of admission were also assessed.
