Development and Validation of a Contextually Appropriate, Programmatic Competency-Based Education (CBE) Framework for Nigerian Optometry: A Modified Delphi Consensus Study

Competency-based education (CBE) is widely endorsed for health-professions training but unevenly implemented in low- and middle-income settings.
