EFCC Arraigns Kaduna Councillor for Issuance of Dud Cheque
The Kaduna Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 arraigned Theophilus Madami before Justice Darius Khobo of the State High Court, Kaduna, on a two-count, involving issuance of dud cheque to the tune of N2,310,000 (Two Million, Three Hundred and Ten Thousand Naira). Madami, who is a serving councillor in the state has been in prison custody following his earlier arraignment on November 14, 2019 on criminal breach of trust and obtaining by trick.
