EFCC Arraigns Man for ATM Cash Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Makurdi Zonal office, on Tuesday October 15, 2019 arraigned one Akintunde Ogunrinde (a.k.a Kekere) before Justice Mobolaji Olajuwon of the Federal High Court, Makurdi, Benue State on a one-count charge, bordering on conspiracy and intent to defraud. Ogunrinade is facing prosecution for allegedly using a United Bank for Africa (UBA) ATM card, belonging to one Ademola Adewuyi to withdraw the sum of N800,000 (Eight Hundred Thousand Naira) without authorisation from an ATM machine.
