Ex-Perm Sec, Clement Illoh Bags Five Years Jail Term For N14.1m Fraud
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Thursday, October 3, 2019, secured the conviction and sentencing of a former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Labour and Productivity, Clement Onubuogu Illoh, to five years imprisonment for a N14.1 million fraud before Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of the Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos.
