EFCC Re-arraigns Businessman for N10m Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Maiduguri zonal office, on Thursday, August 8, 2019 re-arraigned one Alhaji Ali Kawu, before Justice Umaru Fadawu of the Borno State High Court, Maiduguri on a one-count charge bordering on criminal breach of trust to the tune of N10 million. It will be recalled that Kawu was first arraigned on Monday, July 22, 2019, before Justice Aisha Kumaliya of the Borno State High Court, Maiduguri.
