EFCC Arraigns Suspected Internet Fraudster
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Port Harcourt's Zonal Office on Monday, August 5, 2019 arraigned Okohwan Kelvin before Justice A. T. Mohammed of the Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on one- count charge bordering on cyber crimes contrary to Section 12 (1) of the Cybercrime (Prohibition Prevention e.t.c.)
