EFCC Arraigns Man for Forgery
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Thursday, June 27, 2019, arraigned one, Francis Ndidi Onuegbu, before Justice Abubakar Idris Kutigi, of the Federal High court, Gwagwalada, Abuja. Onuegbu is accused alongside one Oluwatosin Olowu (now at large), by the EFCC, on three count-charge bordering on forgery and obtaining property by false pretence, an offence contrary to Section 8(b) of the Advance Fee Fraud and other Related Offences Act, 2006 and punishable under Section 1(3) of the same Act.
