The trial of Tuoyo Omatsuli, a former Executive Director on Projects, Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, and Francis Momoh resumed today, Monday 10th June, 2019 at the Federal High Court before Justice Saliu Seidu sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos.
