Court Sentences Three to Jail for Fraud
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Benin Zonal Office on Thursday, May 30, 2019 secured the conviction of three suspected fraudsters before Justice A. A. Demi-Ajayi of the Federal High Court sitting in Benin City, Edo State. The convicts are Omojowo Samuel, Aluede Emmanuel and James Emakhu. Omojowo Samuel was arraigned on a three count charge bordering on intent to defraud and impersonation.
