EFCC Arrests Director for Allegedly Stealing N30 Million HIV/AIDS Funds
Operatives of Uyo Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arrested one Dr. Nkereuwem Etok Akpan, Director and Project Manager of Akwa Ibom State Agency for Centre of AIDS, for allegedly embezzling N30, 000, 000 (Thirty Million Naira), meant for outreach, sensitization, HIV testing/counseling and purchase of screening and confirmatory test tie breaker.
