Man Bags 7yrs Over ATM Fraud
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 secured the conviction of one Aliyu Abdullahi before Justice Tukur Muazu of the Kaduna State High Court on a three-count charge that border on obtaining money under false pretence. Abdullahi was convicted and sentenced to seven years imprisonment after the prosecution had proven the case beyond reasonable doubt against him.
