Two Convicted for Internet Fraud

The Ibadan zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Friday, April 5, 2019, secured the convictions of Oyinloye Jubril and Bamidele Adegboyega before Justice P. I. Ajoku of the Federal High Court 1, Ibadan. Oyinloye was earlier arraigned on March 7, 2019 on a four-court charge bordering on attempt to commit offence under the Advance Fee Fraud Act and obtaining by false pretence, contrary to Section 1(3) of the Advanced Fee Fraud and other Fraud Related Offences Act, 2006.
