EFCC Arraigns Suspected Internet Fraudster in Ogun

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibadan Zonal Office has arraigned one Odeneye Eniola before Justice Mohammed Abubakar of the Federal High Court, sitting in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Odeneye is facing a one-count charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretense, contrary to Section 1 (1) (a) and punishable under Section 1 (3) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act, 2006.
