EFCC Arraigns Man for Alleged N5m Fraud
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, arraigned Aminu Kamba Sanusi, for alleged N5, 000, 000 ( Five Million Naira) fraud. He was arraigned before Hon. Justice H.B Babangida of the High Court of FCT, Jabi, Abuja. It was alleged that sometimes in 2010, the defendant borrowed the sum of N5m from one Obi Maduka within FCT, and promised to pay back after three months, but he failed to pay back the said sum neither the interest that accrued thereon.
