EFCC Arraigns Man For Internet Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Lagos Zonal office, on Thursday, March 7, 2019, arraigned one Godwin Ikechukwu Kwentoh before Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of the Special Offence Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos on a two-count charge bordering on possession of document containing false pretence, an offence contrary to Section 6, 8, (b) and 1(3) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act No. 14 of 2006.
