The attention of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has been drawn to a video trending on the social media on a raid purportedly carried out by operatives of the Commission against suspected internet fraudsters, popularly called "Yahoo-Yahoo boys" in Osogbo, Osun State recently. We need to state that much as we have avowed, pursuant to our mandate to root out cyber criminals in the nation's space, we clarify that the operatives depicted in the video are not those of the Commission.
