EFCC Arraigns Businessman for N4m Fraud
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Kaduna Zonal Office on January 21, 2019 arraigned one Jacob K. Dogo before Justice Luka Didi of the Kaduna State High court sitting in Kafanchan, on a one-count charge bordering on criminal breach of trust to the tune of N4, 364,400. Dogo got into trouble when he allegedly diverted the said sum belonging to Ajimon Nigeria Ltd, Gajere Agban, Kafanchan, Kaduna State for the supply of a truck of Notore fertilizer and other Agro-chemical products.
