EFCC Arraigns Man for Contract Scam
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has arraigned one Hassan Idris of ldmuyus Integrated Services before Justice Darius Khobo of State High Court, Kaduna on a one count charge bothering on Conspiracy and Obtaining Money by False Pretences. The accused person, sometimes in 2016 posed as a contractor and deceitfully lured the complainant into agreeing to pay the sum of N1,400,000 (One Million, Four Hundred Thousand Naira) only as a 10% contractual and facilitating fees for the contract to enable him secure a contract from the State Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB.
