Court Orders Final Forfeiture of NDDC Director, Tuoyo Omatsuli’s N1.8bn Properties
Justice Chuka A. Obiozor of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Monday, December 10, 2018, ordered the final forfeiture of a number of properties worth N1.8bn recovered from the Executive Director, Projects, Niger Delta Development Commission, NNDC, Tuoyo Omatsuli, to the Federal Government. The Judge had, on Thursday, May 17, 2018, ordered the interim forfeiture of the properties, following an ex-parte application filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
