Court Orders Final Forfeiture of N1, 260, 000,000, $327,132.35, £167.85 , €157.90
Justice A. Obiozor of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos has ordered the final forfeiture of the sums of N1,260,000,000, $327,132.35, £167.85 and €157.90 recovered by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commision, EFCC, to the Federal Government. The order came following an ex parte application filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, against Heritage Bank Plc and Secure Electronics Technology Limited.
