The absence of a former Secretary to the Government of Bauchi State, Ahmed Ibrahim Dandija today stalled the arraignment of Babayo Garba Gamawa, Aminu Hammayo, Aliyu Abdullahi Jalam, Dahiru Madaki and Sunusi Isa before Justice M.
