Internet Fraudster Bags One Year Jail Term

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, secured the conviction and sentencing of an Internet fraudster, Oluwatobiloba Badejo, before Justice O.A. Williams of the State High court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos. The convict was arraigned on May 25, 2018 on a two- count charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretence and possession of fraudulent documents to the tune of N124, 937.53( One Hundred and Twenty- four Thousand, Nine Hundred and Thirty-seven Naira, Fifty-three Kobo).
