N450m Fraud: Court Dismisses Belgore’s Application for Prosecution To Front-load Statements

Justice Rilwan Aikawa of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, dismissed an application filed by Mohammed Dele Belgore, SAN, seeking the order of the court to direct the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to front-load his statements, which he claimed were hoarded by the Commission.
