Dasukigate: Metuh Knows Fate April 23

A Federal Capital Territory, FCT High Court, Maitama, has fixed April 23, 2018 to rule on a “no-case” submission filed by a former spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Olisa Metuh, who is standing trial on a two-count charge bordering on “destruction of evidence”. Metuh, who was first arraigned on January 21, 2016 before Justice Ishaq Bello had at the last sitting in October 2017 through his counsel, Onyechi Ikpeazu, SAN, argued that the EFCC did not establish a case against him.
