MAN SENTENCED TO 4 YEARS IMPRISONMENT FOR N1.39m FRAUD

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC Gombe Zonal office today secured the conviction of one Mahmud Mo'Allahyidi before Justice Nathan Musa of Adamawa state High Court on two count charge bordering on Criminal Breach of Trust and Cheating. ‎ The convict was arrested following a petition by one Ghazali Mai-shanu Ali alleging that sometime in April, 2017, he met the convict and strucked a deal to buy grains from him.
