Court Fixes March 2 For Arraignment of Notorious Fraudster, Nwude, Others
Justice Mojisola Dada of the Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja has fixed Friday, March 2, 2018 for the arraignment of a notorious fraudster, Emmanuel Nwude, and two others. Nwude alongside Emmanuel Ilechukwu and Rowland Kalu were to be arraigned today, February 21, 2018 on an 11-count charge bordering on forgery and dealing in forfeited property. The defendants were said to have tampered with a property that has been forfeited by a court order.
