EFCC Docks Man for N10.7m Fraud
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Lagos zonal office, on Tuesday, January arraigned one Adamu Mohammed alongside his firm, Amdo Doguwa Nigeria Limited, before Justice Mojisola Dada of the State High Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos on a three-count charge bordering on obtaining by false pretence and issuance of dud cheque. The defendant was said to have fraudulently collected a sum of N10, 710, 000.00k (Ten Million, Seven Hundred and Ten Thousand Naira) from the complainant, Shehu Bala, for the supply of animal feeds.
